    Why we created MASS™

Loneliness is a global health epidemic.

We created MASS™ to mobilize human connection at mass scale, starting with every new mother.

    How it works

We train and certify fans to form health teams.

The MASS spiral: one fan becomes a team, the team forms around a mother, teams multiply into a network, and fandoms compete

    How it works

We train and certify fans to form health teams.

    1. 1

      Enroll & certify

      Join · Train

Certification is a free, 17-minute training that teaches fans how to deliver health Assists in their community.

    2. 2

      Form a health team

      Team up

Six certified fans form a health team, led by a certified Team Manager.

    3. 3

      Assist a mother

      Assist

The team forms around one new mother. She asks, they deliver, she confirms every Assist.

    4. 4

      Grow the network

      Show up

Every team brings in new fans, who certify and form new teams around new mothers.

    5. 5

      Compete as a fandom

      Win

Fandoms compete on confirmed Assists. The fandom that shows up most wins the season.

    What is an Assist?

The Assist is the atomic unit of impact.

    as·sist noun

An act of social connection, motivated by fandom and confirmed by the person who received it.

An hour of childcare so she can sleep. A seat at the watch party. A match-day video call. She confirms it. It counts. Teams compete.

    The science

    Built on six sciences.

MASS™ connects the social science of how teams form and work together with the longevity science of which actions improve health and why. Informed by 96 experts and published for public comment.
